A: The price is based on several factors including database size, the desired frequency of verification, any option services (such as backup storage) selected. The entry level price for small businesses that request a monthly verification can be as low as $30.00 per month.
Q: How do I get a copy of my backup to DB Verify?
A: We offer several alternatives, and will use the method best suited for your needs. A few of the alternatives include: using our FTP site to upload the copy, placing a copy on your FTP site for us to upload, using certified mail to send a copy on CD/DVD, etc. As long as the method is secure and you are comfortable with it, we are open to the transmission protocol.
Q: I'm concerned about the security of my data. How is this concern addressed?

Q: How often should I have my backups verified?
A: Most clients choose to have there database(s) verified monthly. In addition to this, when events such as software upgrades, hardware upgrades, backup software configuration changes occur, a special "one time" verification is appropriate.
Q: Why can't I verify my own database?
A: You can BUT.. most IT departments are understaffed and are working on too many projects already. The internal manpower to do a monthly database verification project simply doesn't exist or is deemed "bottom of the list" - until a disk array fails.
